‘Island Heat LuWow’ dinner show combines Polynesian dance with a Las Vegas twist. The show features an Elvis’ Blue Hawaii tribute and a Tahitian tribal drum performance to the Black Eyed Peas.
The shows’ dinner menu offers traditional Hawaiian flavors and non-native dishes presented by Chef Lira including white chocolate macadamia bread (paola), Big Island Lua’ai (salad) and the choice of Macadamia Crusted Mahi Mahi, Teriyaki Flank Steak, Ahi Tuna or Pina Colada Chicken for an entrée.
