Blue Man Group to move from The Venetian Hotel to the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino in 2012

The popular and innovative Blue Man Group ends its run at The Venetian Resort and plans to move to the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino in Fall 2012. The show will present an exciting version of the Blue Man experience and will feature new material for repeat customers along with signature pieces for guests who have never seen the show.

Blue Man GroupThe updated production in the 1,200-seat Monte Carlo Theater (formerly the home of magician Lance Burton) will be fully loaded with creative and unique acts, taking the audience on a journey that will engage the senses while creating fun and lively moments only Blue Man Group can provide.   Currently, the theater is home to comedian Frank Caliendo, who leaves at the end of the year, and dance troupe Jabbawockeez.

Over the past 11 years, Blue Man Group has built a very strong audience following in Las Vegas, first appearing at the Luxor Hotel and Casino.  After a five-year run, the show moved to a custom built theater inside the Venetian Resort.
