The legendary musicians of America’s heyday return to the historic Riviera Hotel & Casino with the premieres of Forever Doo Wop and Forever Motown. Produced by Red Mercury Entertainment and featuring a collection of hit songs ranging from The Temptations to Stevie Wonder to The Marvelettes, Forever Doo Wop and Forever Motown will both premiere at the Casino Lounge inside the Riviera Hotel & Casino on Tuesday, April 8.
Forever Doo Wop takes audiences through the history of Doo Wop music via a series of vignettes and mini-concerts, spanning all genres of Doo Wop. The eight-person ensemble of singers include Early Clover, Grammy Award-winning singer Jerome Jackson, Tonja Foster and Terrence Forsythe, among others from groups such as The Coasters, Platters, Drifters, Marvelettes and The Main Ingredient,
Forever Motown offers a trip down memory lane with songs by American icons Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson, The Temptations, The Supremes, Stevie Wonder, Lionel Richie and the more of the renowned Motown roster. The show is directed by Broadway veteran Gary Kupper.
Forever Doo Wop will begin at 7:00 p.m., and Forever Motown will begin at 9:00 p.m.
