The world-famous dance crew Jabbawockeez begins preview performances of its all-new show, “PRiSM,” beginning Saturday, May 18 at Luxor Hotel and Casino.
The new production is an eclectic mix of choreography, storylines and special effects and introduces a new state-of-the-art set, cutting-edge technology, inventive costumes and the latest music in a specially designed, custom-built theater. One year in the making, the 830-seat theater features amphitheater style seating, creating an intimate feel for each guest in the house.
“Over the past year we’ve been diligently working to create an experience unlike anything our fans have seen before,” said Fred Nguyen, president of Jabbawockeez. “We’re excited to unveil our work and introduce new and returning audiences alike to a completely new show at Luxor.”
Jabbawockeez first landed on the Las Vegas Strip in 2010 with the successful “MÜS.I.C.,” which premiered at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino and later moved to Monte Carlo Resort and Casino.
Renee West, president and COO of Luxor, said, “The Jabbawockeez show is a one-of-a-kind experience that deserves a unique space to truly highlight the production’s innovative performance elements. In its brand new theater, the dance crew will bring unparalleled energy and fresh creativity to the resort, adding to our exceptional entertainment lineup.”
