Country Superstars, formerly known as Country Superstars Tribute, located inside the Golden Nugget Las Vegas, announces the launch of a new show format with the addition of Cody Collins, former lead singer of Lonestar. Country Superstars is a hybrid show featuring a rotating cast of up and coming country music artists performing original songs and spectacular tribute artists showcasing all the hits. The new show with Cody Collins performing as himself, and boasting a live five-piece band, will debut March 6, 2012.
“It is now time to take the Country Superstars to the next level by providing a variety of entertainment and showcasing emerging artists allows us to break through the pack with an innovative, new direction for the show,” said Leonard Quenneville, Producer of Country Superstars. “We are very proud to have an opportunity to give our audience a sneak peek at the next great country superstar, Cody Collins.”
While Collins is best know for his albums with Lonestar including Party Heard Around the World released in 2010, Collins will feature a combination of original songs as well as Lonestar hits including: “Walking in Memphis," “Front Porch Looking In" and “What About Now.”
“Music has always been who I am, and after traveling the world with Lonestar I look forward to debuting as a solo artist and settling down, making new roots in Las Vegas,” said Cody Collins. “Country Superstars is an amazing show and I am honored to take part in its transformation five nights a week.”
