Celebrity Chef Hubert Keller begins recording the third season of his highly successful cooking show, Hubert Keller: Secrets of a Chef, on a new set at Vegas PBS in January 2011. The show will air nationwide on PBS stations in spring 2011.

The recording begins an exclusive five-year partnership between Vegas PBS, world-renowned Chef Hubert Keller and award-winning producer Marjorie Poore. From 2010 to 2015, Keller will record his culinary series at Vegas PBS for national television distribution.

The series will feature 26 half-hour episodes showcasing Chef Keller’s multi-dimensional culinary talents, taking viewers step-by-step through his recipes. Recording will take place on a brand new, custom kitchen television set designed and built by Wood-Mode, a leading maker of cabinets in the U.S. Additional segments will be recorded inside the kitchens of Chef Keller’s Las Vegas restaurants, including Burger Bar and Fleur at Mandalay Bay.

“We are very excited that Vegas PBS will be the recording and production headquarters for Chef Keller’s series,” said Vegas PBS General Manager Tom Axtell. “It is a great honor to host such a respected chef.”

Award-winning producer Marjorie Poore is one of the leading culinary producers, having produced and created many of PBS’ most successful series for the last twenty-five years.
