Ventriloquist Terry Fator has partnered with MGM Resorts International to pay tribute to The Public Education Foundation (PEF) with a special performance of Terry Fator: Ventriloquism in Concert Sunday, Aug. 1 inside the Terry Fator Theatre at The Mirage. On behalf of Terry Fator and MGM Resorts International, all proceeds of the show along with a $350,000 contribution will be made to benefit PEF.
“Any chance that I can help out the community, which supported me since signing at The Mirage, is something that I take great pride in,” said Terry Fator. “MGM Resorts International has been so supportive of The Public Education Foundation through the years and I am glad to be a part of their efforts this year!”
The Public Education Foundation is a nonprofit organization that mobilizes global and community resources to support and impact public education through initiatives, programs and promising practices.
Chairman and CEO of MGM Resorts International, Jim Murren, said, “MGM Resorts International would like to thank Terry Fator for his support of The Public Education Foundation. We believe it is the responsibility of the entire community to improve public education in Southern Nevada and we applaud Terry for joining our company in leading the effort.”
