On Thursday, Feb. 26, Zumanity unveiled a preview of the reinvigorated show at New York-New York Hotel & Casino. Cast members of Zumanity took over the Brooklyn Bridge, showcasing the creativity of Zumanity’s new choreographer Yanis Marshall. The cast performed a dance number followed by the show’s famous ‘Chains’ act with the property’s Statue of Liberty as the backdrop.
The preview was an introduction to the new, sensual surprises featured in Zumanity, which includes new choreography, new acrobatically-erotic aerial acts, new costumes by French designer Thierry Mugler and new music composed by Simon Carpentier. The 90-minute show blends playful innuendos with daring eroticism while rendering a tale of emotional freedom, natural beauty and acceptance of differences.
