Imperial Palace Casino Extends Human Nature through May 2012

Imperial Palace Las Vegas announces that “Smokey Robinson Presents Australia's Human Nature – The Ultimate Celebration of the Motown Sound,” has been extended for two years, to continue at the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino through May of 2012.

To mark the significant occasion, the 653-seat showroom has been appropriately renamed the Human Nature Theater. The group has made such an impact on the destination that May 11 has been named, “Human Nature Day” in Las Vegas by Mayor Oscar Goodman.

“The guys in Human Nature not only have incredible voices but also deliver a dynamic show every time they are on stage. Their talent is undeniable and their passion for the music and sound is contagious,” said Rick Mazer, President of Imperial Palace. “We are thrilled with the success of Human Nature and proud to have them headline here at Imperial Palace for another two years.”

Recently named “Best Singers” by editors of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, the four members of Human Nature - Toby Allen, Phil Burton, Andrew Tierney and Michael Tierney - perform many of Motown’s greatest hits with distinctive and soulful harmonies.

"The members of Human Nature are extraordinary vocalists who truly know how to entertain and I knew that they would be hugely-successful here on stage in Las Vegas,” said Motown legend Smokey Robinson. “The guys and I are delighted to continue our long-standing relationship with Imperial Palace.”

“I am very pleased and proud with the success of the show. We are all committed to bringing the best in entertainment to the Las Vegas Strip,” said Adam Steck, President of SPI Entertainment. “We especially thank Harrah’s for being great partners and extending Human Nature’s contract.”
