Las Vegas TV Partners, LLC (dba KTUD VEGAS TV) filed Chapter 11 Feb 26th with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Las Vegas TV Partners, LLC is locally owned and operated by Greenspun Broadcasting and Catalyst Investors from New York.
Following Friday’s announcement, KTUD VEGAS TV will restructure its senior debt and syndication obligation which will allow the company the opportunity to create a healthier business model in these challenging economic times.
